Introductions
Thought this forum was missing the all-important introductions thread
Anyhow I'm Stephanie, but you can call me steph. I live in Sydney. lol pharaoh emoticon
*waves enthusiastically at everyone*
I'm on a lot of forums here and there and I must admit that I can be a little neglectful but I have a gooood feelin' about this one.

Hey Everyone,
The names Kitten. I hail from the wonderful city of Sydney (not all thaaaat great lol)
Not really sure what else to write about myself. I'm a big dork, yes it's true. I'm always acting or doing something stupid. It keeps me entertained (very easily done).
Keep it Rockin'

Re: Introductions

Names Nick.. i'm a Hot Rodder.. i've got a few oldschool cars (Listed below).. Currently building a Holden EK into a Sled / Kustom and after that my Chevy Pickup. Got a few pretty wicked ideas and i definately know how to build em too.I also want to get into Drag Racing in the next few years..
Jobwise.. i'm a 2nd year Apprentice Boilermaker (Metal Fabricator / Welder) and yes.. the pay is as shit as you've all heard.
I live in Logan (I used to hate the term "Logan Bogan" but now i'm startin to see the scum that live around here.. ugh.. nice houses and scummy people..)
I'm not all Mr Rockabilly like a lot of people out there.. i'm into the Hot Rod side of the scene and i don't think i'm ever gona change.
Musicwise.. I'm into Punk, Metal, Rockabilly, Indie and some Ska.
Wana know anythin else? Just ask.

Hey there Kat
I would be honoured to take charge of the Dolls section.
and yes we'll definitely run into each other at Wintersun and/or greazefest... it really depends on whether I ever have enough money to go to either of them next year!!

Re: Introductions
Hi i'm Emily. Ermmm 18 and and also live in Logan (it's a terrible place). Rockabilly is ok I'm more into the cars (and more recently low rider bikes). Me likes photography, customising stuff, punk and new wave.... That's all I have to say for now
Re: Introductions
i didnt know you lived in logan emily, i thought you lived in the city.. your so close, im coming to visitt
Re: Introductions
I'll join in too.
I'm Sianne.
I am tied to a desk from Monday to Friday with a lovely, boring office job. This means that I'm online for a large portion of the day
On weekends, I work on bikes with my boyfriend - we have 2 at the moment. A custom build low rider & a cute old Speedwell for me as the low one is far too big.
I model here & there, love to bake & sew & attend markets with Kat, MLR.
... I think that's all for now.

Re: Introductions
Names Mick. 29 from good old Dandenong here in sunny VIC.
love ALL pre 78 cars no matter what make and model. The uglier the car the more i like it
love all types of music but as i get wiser in my old age i seem to be drifting more and more towards rockabilly and blues
Got a HQ one tonner halfway through a build. then got more toys to play with after including:
48 Fiat Topolino for a hotrod project
EK wagon which will be the custom.
Cheers
Mick

Re: Introductions
Hi there,
I'm Jimmy and extremely new to the whole world o' Rockabilly. I really dig the scene but alas I have no tatts or cool cars or even any of the swell gear you peeps wear, I do however have a crapload of Con's.
I like to doodle heaps and sometimes I get paid for it. I'm into Johnny Cash and Roller Derby. Low brow art and beatniks. Old Horror movies and doodling people in cafes. Beers of war and general Tom-foolery.
Have a swell day.

Re: Introductions
Hi
My name is Brenton, married to Katrina, father to almost 18 month old Prudence. We enjoy all aspects of the kustom kulture lifestyle, especially rockabilly and try to make it to as many gigs as we can, when we can, if we can. Prudence will be dragged up on it whether she likes it or not, although her favourite music is Johnny Cash, Zombie Ghost Train and Big Kitty and The Scaredy Cats so I think she'll turn out ok. We currently have a 56 Cadillac Coupe DeVille, a 64 XM Falcon coupe and 65 XP Falcon coupe and hopefully soon, another project like a 40's or early 50's pickup. Our family car is a 2006 F250 supercab on airbag suspension. We enjoy cruising in the classics/ kustoms (or the F truck) and meeting like-minded people. See you around soon!

Re: Introductions
Hi everyone. I'm Alyce, and I live in the inner-west suburb of Summer Hill in Sydney. (It has the cutest name, I love saying it. Standard reaction is "awwwww...")
I like to read everything, I devour books, dance, ride my bike around, sew and knit, waste hours on the internet, avoid uni work and cook for everyone else around me. I'm a vegan, so baking is always hard because I rarely get to eat the fruits of my labour!
I'm more into the psychobilly side of the scene, I still love traditional rockabilly style though and wish I could afford all the awesome clothes I wanted.
I don't have a lot of friends in the rockabilly scene down here and I would love to make some more!
