Kat if u wanna leave your stuff at my place for the stall your more than welcome. Saves dragging it up and down the coast every day.

One of the best places to park is thomson street which is up the top of bay street tweed heads. U gotta get there early though. There was paid parking in the school behind twin towns resort last year but im unsure of the coast.

did you try whitehall sunset lodge, its 1 minute walk from griffiths street, accom is $120 per night with 1 single bed and one double, they usually still have a room left at the last minute, we booked about a month ago and there were still 3 more rooms left.

took the chev for a drive in my lunch break into cooly!! bands are playing in the streets already! heaps of cool shit driving around!!

Heading down tomorrow in the recently tuned-up (and pinstriped) Caddy (finally got round to doing it) with the fully completed pedal car in the boot, look forward to cruising the streets and catching some of you guys down there!

Just after I discovered there were no vintage dresses (most from opp shops I'm sure) for under $90.
That pissed me off a fair bit.

Wintersun was fun. I was too busy to get any photos, what about everyone else?
We didn't get to see all the cars and shows as we would like..rockabilly headquarters at the coolangatta hotel was good..man i love the flattrackers.
having a market stall was hectic
i did over 100 peoples hair and makeup over the 3 days and me and dave reached our target market which was good and sold some gear for friends and such.
Good meeting a few folk off the forum that travelled afar from sydney and melbourne your all so lovely.

Awesome pics hewey! I think that Valiant is one of the Reaper Kustoms fellas. Pretty cool. I've found a fair few good pics on www.flickr.com by andrea.soulsinger.d and KDFKID, there's some pics of Katrina, me, Prudence playing in the Caddy, the Caddy, and the pedalcar as well.
We had a good time, we spent most of our time catching up with friends we usually only get to see at Wintersun, despite it being in my opinion one of the most poorly organised and unsafest Wintersun's yet. Hopefully the ongoing problems will be rectified by next year, but I doubt I'll be entering again...
