My wifes XP Fairmont-currently in the paenl shop to cut out the rust and do a heap of kustom panel work (shaved everything including door handles. Going to airbag and panel paint the same as the roof.

Its lowered about 3 inches all around, the rear springs are slightly inverted by about 1/4 inch. and front is compressed springs

Geez ain't it cool ta, see a car with a ride height that would've been right on the money 'back in the day, and with a neat custom paint job as well that suits it's era.
Inverted springs by 1/4 of an inch isn't overly dramatic but sometimes can be avoided when lowering the spring pack slightly less and reversing the spring eyes to gain the extra 1inch in drop, flipped shackles at the rear help too.
Don't know about Xp's tho since my ford is a late 30's job.

Hay are the wheels 14" , Ive been looking around and no one in aus seem to bring 4stud 14" or 15" Steel smoothies. They are also realy hard to get in the usa. I have 13" wheels and want to up size to 14" or 15" steel wheels.

Antiquetyres.com.au have em - I just hit them up for some, they have smoothies with a 4 stud but they are 130 each!!

haha - sent too many people to antiquetyres and they sold out of 14's!! Picked up my wagon on the weekend. Shes rough round the edges but should look good when its done.
