New to Rockabilly, moving to Albury
Hi there.
A friend of mine introduced me to rockabilly a couple of years ago and I absolutely love it. I think the music is amazing and I adore the fashion. Unfortunately, being at uni for the last four years has made it so I haven't been able to explore it as much as I would like. I did manage to get to the first ever Bright Rockabilly festival in March though, which was so very awesome.
Anyhoo, I'm finishing uni in a couple of months and moving to the Albury/Wodonga area. I was wondering if anyone knew of a rock n roll/rockabilly scene in Albury? It'd be great to meet new people in a new town! Also, my boyfriend and I have been in a long distance relationship for the last four years and would love to learn rock n roll dancing now that we're finally moving in together!
Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
Cheers!
