wanda jackson nominated for induction for Rock'n'roll Hall of fame

My name is Luke and i am from brisbane. this is my first time in the forum and i am looking forward to it
I am writing to say that US 50's rockabilly singer Wanda jackson has been nominated for an induction into the Rock'n'roll Hall of Fame and it would be great to see her there. wanda jackson who had hits in the 50's and 60's like Let's have A party,Right or Wrong,mean mean man, fujiyama mama,funnel of love etc is among the nominees for an spot into the Hall of fame which will be annouced in january 2009 and the hall of fame will happened in April 2009. to many of us aussie fans who have seen her live she is a icon and one of the pioneers of rock'n'roll she deserves to be there as she's made an impact on music.
