Gold Coast Super Swap Meet

Rocked up around 8.30am with a handful of flyers about the forum, so hopefully we get some new members, it was the 11th annual gold coast super swap, it was raining and flooding the night before so they moved it across the road (it was meant to be at the carrara sports stadium)
what did we buy?
a vintage wooden display box for my jewellery $30
cowboy boots from mexico made from alligator skin $40
a ford badge, pursuit 170 badge to make belt buckles for $2.00 each
Dad bought lowering blocks for the fairmont
1969 womens day magazine yehaw!
I took some photos of the cars whilst i was there. and while i was doing that, dave put flyers on the cars and met some new folk asking where us kids go to see rockabilly events, i said 'brisbane' which is true but it would be nice to have something on the coast...the plans people..the plans we have

Go easy on the flier under the windscreen wiper, lots of people get narky about that.

i put my flyer on top of others, one car had like 7!
i felt bad, but alot of people came up to us and were like
