Rock-A-Rama - Last Rock'n'Roll Movie You Saw

What's the last rock'n'roll movie you saw? I usually try to watch two or three week. My all-time favourites - somewhat predictably are Grease and Grease 2; and of course The Girl Can't Help It. More on those later. But of course, there are thousands of other rock'n'roll movies out there that I hope we can explore together. The last one I saw was Let The Good Times Roll (1973)

It's essentially a rock'n'roll concert from 1972, I think, interspersed with clips from the fifties. The roster is amazing - Chuck Berry, Fats Domino, Little Richard, Chubby Checker, Bo Diddley, Shirelles, Five Satins, Coasters, Danny & Juniors and Bill Haley & Comets.

At one point, I had a strange experience. I suddenly thought I might have died and gone to Heaven - and just for a few seconds I couldn't decide whether it was true or not - of course, that may have been the effect of the beer I was drinking too.......

Now back to Grease and Grease 2. My question here is how come there's never been a Grease 3 when the movies continue to be so popular, constantly being shown on TV, or re-released in a new DVD format? Where is Grease - the TV series or even Grease - The Video Game? Grease - the Comic Book???

Olivia Newton-John and Michelle Pfeiffer - Grease and Grease 2

And of course, we mustn't forget the Dea Suprema herself, Jayne Mansfield from The Girl Can't Help It:
