'67 XR Wagon

Post by falzoony on Sun Sep 13, 2009 7:59 pm

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum loving everyone else's cars on here. Thought I'd post some pics of my car. It's a work in progress, just took out the 200ci 6 and 3 on the tree manual and replaced it with a 302 windsor and C4 auto. Also replaced the front drums with discs. Just need a radiator and the mechanical side is finished. This has all happened over the last month so the car will probably sit for a few months then I might get started on the body.
Enjoy!

Bought some rims for it but will probably paint the stockies and put them back on with some whitewalls.

Heres a little vid of the new motor

Thanks guys,
Cars coming along nicely just getting some rust fix to tidy it up a little bit.
Just got this registered and have been driving it around a bit. Trust me, it looks much better in the pics.

Got my new rego sticker for the wagon today so it's officially a V8!
The car is all in primer and probably over week off paint. Can't wait.

I haven't been on this site for a while.
The car has come along way. The new paint is on and most of the car is finished there is still a few little things that need fixing but the car runs and drives fantastic and so far has been really reliable.
