Nah - my weight has all gone to my hips! I hate my thighs.. I suppose all of my dresses are relatively flowing & loose at the hips so I never really show how wide they are Very Happy
Jami Deadly is an amazing 36-24-38.. must shrink waist by 4 inches!

Drea I have so many different portmans sizes! They're so irregular.

And what the hell? I thought you'd be less than a 10 too. You're so slender!!!

Haha - my 10 dresses fit fine, not the 8's anymore!.. office work = snack time for Sianne!

I am a 35-28-38.. So 88 - 71 - 96 ?
Pop me in a slimmer suit & I shrink a little Very Happy

You're like 1cm off from the bust and waist...You can so easily suck that in. Also, your hips are smaller than the requirements. Again, most of my outfits don't show hips.

Heehee, I'll give you guys a hint in what I'll be involved.

It's fake by the way..

Whoa I thought that Ice-cream thing was real. NO WAY THAT IT'S FAKE. Looks yummy.

Oh and theo, you're a dude! Your measurements don't count! Razz

36 - 24 - 38 eh? How did I get stuck with a 35 measurement that has somehow gone down to 35/34. And how on EARTH does she have such a tiny waist. She must be lying Razz Meherher. Oh ..... but gawd! Doris Mayday, her waist/hip ratio is insane. I asked her if she waist trained but she didn't reply.

Seriously, they MUST be waist training. How else do they do it?! Personally I think waist exercises are a load of bollocks, but apparently that's what that 50's Australian model (I forget her name, had a romance with Gregory Peck) claimed to have done. She had an 18 inch waist!!! *faints*

I think it's all in the waist training.. my Grandmother still never leaves the house without pulling her waist in & many many layers of clothing.

She lives down south so it's not too bad.. I suppose our excuse can be that we'd die of heat!!

Well back in the day they had all those girdles and waist cinchers and stuff huh? Good ol' shapewear. My vintage girdle does wonders on my hips and waist. Only problem is is suspender hooks which you can see if you wear a tight skirt! I'm thinking about getting one of those triump high waisted skirt shapers though. They really make your skirt sit so much nicer!

I'd love to waist train, but currently my rib piercings are in the way. They do ok being squished for a day but I'm not so sure otherwise :\ I can't bring myself to cut them out. Even though my boyfriend HATES them. Haha. After 3 years they're still novel to me. And they still freak people out Very Happy

You're right though. Wearing a training corset during summer would be awful. Sad Darn heat!

I would also say that they would train it. I've got a corset that's suppose to train my waist, but I just CBF'd putting it on everyday..
PFFT! Waist exercise...What a load of shit.

Another idea would be to take off the bottom ribs....Yes, they weren't insane back then.... Shocked

Yeah, super late reply, but ditto with the portmans sizes. Its SO annoying! I usually find their sizes to be huge, sometimes even a six hangs off me. Which is a joke, I'm not THAT small.

Maybe if I filled out a bit I could fit in a size 10. I'm 31"-25"-30". I like inches over cm, it makes you feel smaller!

Yeah in high school I was really big on piercings but couldn't get any on my face because of work and couldn't get my nipples done because I was underage. but I'm glad I didn't because those piercings don't appeal to me at all anymore. Besides I love my rib ones. I'm amazed I still think they're awesome. Smile Probably because they're unobtrusive, unique and don't pose ongoing problems like some other (surface) piercings do.

Take a photo of adam's reaction when you get it. Haha. He can't get too angry. I mean unlike a tattoo you can always opt out of a piercing when you choose to (or when your body chooses to, hah)

Oh and for the record, I did buy one of those triumph skirt shapers. It's Awesome. I love it. My wiggle skirts are kick arse now.
