whos going to cooly rocks on from NSW

I am inviting people to cruise with us over night to cooly rocks on.

here is the program for the night-

5:00 pm hornsby (F3)
6:40pm Beresfield BP Newcastle
7:40 pm Ayes rock roadhouse at Tea Gardens (the big rock)
10:00pm Legends cafe KEW (exit to Kew exit and use old pacific highway)
11:50pm Caltex Highway resturant Macksville for a quick fuel stop
12:40 am friday 8th Arrive in Coffs Harbour
stop for a powernap and meet up again at the big banana or do a lap of the wintersun Area and take photos, re fuel, maccas, hungry jacks, coffee etc then up the road for photos with the kids and cars at the big banana, depart big banana at 2:00 am
3:20am south grafton Shell
4:05am mclean (Nueman petrol) for quick fuel and coffee top up
5:20am Big prawn ballina site
5:35am BP Ballina, last fuel coffee for a while, sunrising.
7:00am tweed heads caltex
7:15am photos, look around leg stretch rainbow bay

so if you want to cruise up with us thats the times, leaving on the thursday night to arrive early friday morning.

Hey Dan you can still jump in at theend of the trip:)
the big prawn has been closed for a couple of years, we stop at all the big things, my kids have have had a photo taken with the prawn and banana almost every year of their lives heading to wintersun, the prawn is still up, it has been under threat of demolition since 2009 till recently bunnings who have purchased the big prawn site decided they will relocate the prawn to the entrance of the new bunnings building around 2013.
if the prawn for some reason is not going to be there we will take the bypass and if the ballina bypass service center is open yet we will be stopping there instead.
The new bypasses are good but we are also not using the kew bypass, instead we are refueling at legends cafe, reason being that although we will take a little longer it will make for a better roadtrip broken up with some stops in those little towns wich are now like radiator springs and there isnt the traffic issues you get driving through those towns in the day, there just seems to be more fun in rollin up with a bunch of old cars and chatting with locals in those towns at 3am in a servo than when you stop at the big highway service centres wich soon we will probably have no choice but to use.
some of these stops might not be there next year, gonna have a little fun heading up and take all the new roads the whole way back

Sounds like a really great Trip, one day i'll make to to one of these events with a nice old school car, hopefully i stick to my guns and it'll be my pick-up truck!
