The HZ Project

Post by shippy on Thu Oct 30, 2008 9:42 pm

Nothing real old. But its a tribute to my dad who passed few years ago.
It was my parents car and a project my old man and i were gonna do after he got out of hospital.
Unfortunately he didnt make it.
He always made sure that if he did somthing it was always done properly.
So thats how its gonna be done.

jeeze mate not good new about the z
my shell was media blasted and etch primed outside, inside and upside down. No rust mate, My old man stripped it painted it and rust proofed it when he bought it which was when i was born 24 years ago. The Tectil was still running out of it when i started driving it. Which is why i got it blasted, Instead of attempting to take it back to bare metal myself. :S

Thanks guys. Yeh barry i think hed like it.
The colour lewey is a perl white. Same as the new suzuki swifts.
looks white in the shade but stands out in the sunshine.
Subtle but classy.

couple more pics.

The paint is so shiney that just with the flash u can see the reflection of the wall on the roof.
